When will you ship out my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after we have confirmed your payment. You will be notified via an email with delivery details.


Which courier do you use?

We have partnered with the corporate division of Australia Post. Auspost strives for prompt and safe shipping right around Australia.
Some larger items (over 22kg) are shipped with selected leading nation wide couriers such as TNT, TOLL IPEC or Couriers Please (depending on destination). We strive for prompt and safe shipping right around Australia.

 

Where can I track my order?

If you have not for some reason received your tracking-id via email, please contact us with you order number and we will advise your tracking id which you can track online.

Why do I receive a different item with what I have ordered?

Please contact us with your order number. We will resolve this mistake as soon as possible.


What should I do if my item arrived with missing parts?

Are parcels covered by transit insurance?

All delivery shipments are fully insured . If your item is lost in transit, we will replace it at our cost.
It is very rare for items to get lost during shipping but we do realise it can be frustrating and we do everything possible to act on it straight away.


Do you deliver to anywhere within Australia?

YES, we deliver Australia wide including residential, business and PO BOX addresses. For heavier items over 22kg we will contact you for a home or businessa address as couriers cannot deliver to PO Box address.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are unable to make shipments to locations beyond Australia . However, our marketing department is considering the potential of expanding globally. We shall keep you informed via our weekly Newsletter to keep you updated.

 

Do you provide combine shipping service?

Yes we provide combine shipping for most of our Product.

Our programmers are currently working on implementing this feature on the web site.

Can you ship my item by express post?

We do not provide this service at this moment. You can find the delivery time table for our carriers in here.


Can I or my own courier pick up my order from your warehouse?

YES, that is possible . Please contact us to arrange suitable time. Cash on Pickup .


What happens if I am not at home when the courier delivers my orders?

Most items require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home to receive your delivery, a card will be placed in your letter box advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your item from the post office.

Courier deliveries will call you first to arrange a suitable delivery time.


What happens if I do not receive my order in the estimated delivery date?

The estimated delivery date is counted from the day we dispatch your items. If any problems please contact us and we will resolve this matter as soon as possible.

 

Can you ship my order to my PO BOX address?

We can deliver your items to your home, work or PO Box addresses as well as to rural & regional areas. Certain large items such as subwoofers, home theatre speakers, large TVs, pallets etc..
(over 22kg) cannot be delivered to PO Box address.


How do I change the shipping address?

To change the shipping address, please log into your account and click on "Your Account", then click on “Your Addresse” and fill out the detailed address information as requested. Make sure you
save the change.crazy
